Position: Municipal Court Clerk I

Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80903

Duration: 3-6 months contract

Job Description

Customer service in person and over the phone.

Phone is not a call center.

The person answering phones is expected to be able to manage the entire issue for the caller.

Front counter work includes working with the public, scheduling court dates and processing payments, must be pleasant with the public and able to manage a variety of personalities.

Must be able to manage in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated to learn.

Must be on time and possess an excellent work ethic.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
