Description of the role:

The Physical Therapist at Springs Village Care Center in Colorado Springs, CO will be responsible for providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients in need of physical therapy.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial patient assessments and establish individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients mobility and quality of life
