Location: 342 Gordon Food Industrial Ave. Shepherdsville, KY 40165
Do you have a passion for driving and customer service? Picture yourself as a delivery driver with Gordon Food Service! In this position, you will be building relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to regional chain restaurants. Night shifts and regional routes mean youll be home most nights, with 1 or 2 overnights required each week. Youll be required to unload cases up to 100 lbs, and youll be using a ramp and two-wheeler throughout your shift. Feel safe and secure at a company that values and respects you. Pay: Drivers average $70,00 - $80,000/year
Guaranteed minimum of $1250/week
Daily base pay, plus component bay
Paid for every mile driven, stop made, and case delivered
Schedule: 4-day work week with potential overnights
Sunday-Friday. 7pm - Midnight (Start times will vary)
One and two-day routes
Overnights are spent in a hotel paid for by GFS
These positions will run 4-5 days depending on work volume

Does this look like you?
At least 21 years of age
Class A CDL License at hire
Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds
Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
You must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent in order to be considered for employment with us effective January 6th, 2020.
