Department Description

Client Services - As a key member of the Client Services team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to our policyholders and broker partners. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can foster strong relationships, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure the accuracy of compliance and policy administration in a fast-paced environment.

Job DescriptionYou will collaborate with colleagues to collectively manage policy servicing, maintain data integrity, and ensure timely communication with internal teams, policyholders, and broker partners. Your contributions will help uphold service standards and support the teams commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

In this position your key responsibilities will be:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, policyholders, and broker partners.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to manage multiple shared inboxes, delivering accurate, responsive, and professional service.
  • Partner with New Business and Retention teams to support the ongoing service needs of policyholders.
  • Coordinate with the Administrative Support team to ensure new business drafts, new issues, and renewal policies are processed accurately, promptly, and in alignment with company standards.
  • Provide support for system access inquiries and issues related to our customer portal, including guidance on navigating the system.
  • Contribute to strategic projects as needed.

What qualification should you have? The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

  • Must have good communication skills; both verbal and written, good listening skills and a strong desire to solve problems
  • This position requires an energetic person who is creative; tenacious and accountable
  • The ability to be flexible and handle multiple tasks within assigned deadlines
  • Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural & international environment
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience.  
  • Microsoft Office software, and the ability to perform functions in company established software and applications; Proficiency in Excel is a must and working knowledge of PowerPoint is beneficial
  • Working experience in office environment

  • Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, dependent on experience level with a 10% bonus potential.
  • Paid Time Off: 3 weeks vacation, 8 floating holidays, 6 sick days, maternity and parental leave, office closure holidays.
  • Flexible Working: Hybrid model with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite. Potential for fully remote.

  • Retirement Plan: 401k with 100% company match up to 6% of salary contributions and annual profit share, pre-tax and Roth options.
