Heavy Civil Estimator

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Estimator position include:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in heavy civil construction estimating
• Experience with MassDOT, site work, drainage, water/sewer, and heavy earthwork projects
• Proficiency in Excel, Bid2Win, Trimble, Procore, and ability to read AutoCAD blueprints
• Review and analyze project drawings and specifications
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for projects ranging from $1M to $40M
• Collaborate with the team to finalize and present estimates
• Manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
• Play a key role in transitioning leadership as the current Lead Estimator retiresSalary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
