Qualifications and responsibilities for this Proposal Manager - Building Systems & Automation position include:
- Bachelors degree in Building Science, Construction Project Management, or related field, plus 5-7 years experience in CAD modeling and construction project management using Autodesk OR 10+ years equivalent experience in BIM, construction, or engineering if no degree
- Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and Vault, NetSuite (or similar ERP/CRM), Adobe, and Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience working with conveyance systems, AMH systems, and architectural projects involving multiple trades
- Manage full proposal lifecycle including intake, drafting, milestone review meetings, revisions, and final delivery
- Model client spaces from drawings, CAD, or Revit files to design custom AMH systems
- Represent company as a specialty contractor throughout the construction lifecycle to mitigate risk and ensure design compliance
- Lead kick-off and stakeholder review meetings; handle project change orders
- Ensure designs meet applicable codes and construction standards through audits and quality controlSalary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
