Commercial Construction Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Project Manager position include:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably in healthcare, federal, industrial, and multifamily sectors
• Oversee projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
• Strong proficiency in MS Project, Textura, Procore, Building Connected, and Bluebeam
• Ability to coordinate with clients, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams effectively
• Lead project documentation, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor negotiations, and compliance tracking
• Responsible for managing quality control, safety protocols, and permitting processes
• Comfortable working in a 50/50 split between office and onsite environments
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferredSalary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
