An exciting opportunity awaits in Wilkes-Barre, PA, for a Mechanical Engineer, PE with a growing, design-build real estate development firm that builds, owns, and manages modern industrial parks. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer, PE position include:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in HVAC or building systems design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for drafting and design documentation
  • Ability to sign off on HVAC design drawings and provide oversight to junior designers
  • Occasional travel to field sites, typically within 30 minutes to a few hours from Wilkes-Barre
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of the Mechanical Team on new construction and renovation projects
  • Contribute to design and light project management activities in a highly collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated interest in a long-term career path with promotional opportunitiesSalary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
