Position Overview

Agiloft is seeking a strategic and visionary Vice President of Product Design to lead our global product design organization. In this senior leadership role, you will define and drive the design vision and user experience strategy across Agilofts products. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure our design practice delivers exceptional customer value and supports company growth.

You will build and scale a world-class design team, foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence, and be accountable for the performance, consistency, and impact of design across the product portfolio.
