- Process bi-weekly payroll in HRIS system for approximately 200 employees
- Administer benefits
- Calculate and input wages, salary, bonuses, commissions and other total compensation accurately
- Reconcile payroll data as needed
- Assist with audits
- Support month end
- Other duties as require
- 4 years of full cycle Payroll experience
- Union experience is needed
- Benefits experience is a strong asset
- Process improvement experience/part of a system implementation experience is a strong asset
- Dayforce is an asset
- PCP or CPM are assets
- Manufacturing is an asset
