EXECUTIVE RECRUITER

Experience:                           

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related area and three (3) years directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Executive recruitment experience to include managing executive level positions.
• Experience in a highly complex hospitality organization strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Extensive LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search experience.
• Applicant Tracking System experience, preferably ICIMS and Workday.Experience in strategic talent mapping and targeted candidate sourcing.
• Ability to engage and influence all levels of the organization, and to establish credibility and respect of employees, peers, managers, and leaders.
• Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and planning skills.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Management.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of discretion.
• Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional demeanor.
• Creative problem solving abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and guest service skills and ability to interact with a diverse team of individuals.
• Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.

 Work Environment:
