Cleanroom Assembler

Location: Longmont, Colorado

Schedule: Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $20-24/hr +(10% shift differential)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleanroom Assembler to join our precision manufacturing team. This role is critical to the production of high-quality components and assemblies in a regulated cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional manual dexterity, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to follow strict procedural guidelines.

• Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and final products with precision and consistency.
• Perform detailed inspections of assembled parts, including under a microscope or magnification tools.
• Accurately document processes and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Package and label finished goods according to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cleanroom environment.
• Complete required training modules through the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Collaborate with team members and rotate between workstations as needed.

• Minimum6 months of experience working under a microscope in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience in precision assembly or small-part manufacturing.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Ability to follow detailed written procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Familiarity with GMP or other regulated manufacturing standards.

• Experience in medical device ,biotechnology, or electronics manufacturing.
• Prior work in an ISO-certified cleanroom environment.

This position operates within a controlled cleanroom environment, requiring adherence to strict cleanliness and safety protocols. The team is collaborative and cross-functional, with opportunities to rotate between different production cells based on operational needs.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Longmont,CO.
