Title: Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Luxury Beauty  Company Description: Beauty - Industry leading and innovative luxury haircare  Location: Remote (EST time zone) 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cohesive brand messaging across digital, social, influencer, and retail platforms

  • Lead campaign development and execution aligned with brand vision

  • Partner with Product Development on innovation and pipeline strategy

  • Ensure marketing claims and product benefits are compliant and substantiated

  • Manage pricing strategy and ROI analysis with Finance and Sales

  • Oversee in-store merchandising and retail toolkit creation

  • Approve omnichannel marketing calendar and campaign deliverables

  • Define and track campaign KPIs and performance metrics

  • Create and present marketing materials internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Marketing or related field

  • 5+ years in brand marketing/management, ideally in luxury beauty

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Entrepreneurial, strategic, and passionate about beauty and trends  

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
