DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Product Manager to lead the launch and ongoing management of a cross-platform MMORPG for PC and mobile. Based in Irvine, California, this role requires a strategic thinker with experience in gaming product management and localization to ensure a seamless experience for diverse markets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective strategies tailored to global audiences.

Responsibilities:• Design and execute the end-to-end launch strategy for a cross-platform MMORPG, coordinating efforts across development, marketing, and localization teams.• Build and manage a team of specialists, including community managers and coordinators, to support operations in key markets.• Oversee localization processes, ensuring cultural adaptation of text, UI, and voice-over for Western English and Brazilian Portuguese audiences.• Collaborate with developers to align regional market strategies with global goals, focusing on tailored monetization approaches.• Partner with Marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns, including pre-registration, beta testing, and influencer outreach for Western and Brazilian audiences.• Analyze post-launch metrics such as player retention and revenue to optimize content releases and enhance user experience.• Manage mobile platform operations, including app submissions, updates, and monetization strategies on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.• Ensure compliance and smooth integration across PC and mobile platforms to deliver a unified player experience.

Requirements• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry, with a strong background in MMORPG launches.• Expertise in cross-platform game development, including PC and mobile, and familiarity with localization processes.• Proven ability to create monetization strategies and manage server operations for MMORPGs in Western and Brazilian markets.• Strong project management skills with experience in building and leading diverse teams under tight deadlines.• Familiarity with Korean-developed games and their mechanics, including in-game economies and endgame content.• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to collaborate across regions and report to senior stakeholders.• Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and backlog grooming.• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and AB testing in dynamic environments.
