The Headlines:

In the role ofField MarketingAssociateworking in Sacramento, CA, you will be part of the Pacific Region Sales Team. Thispersonwillexecutethe marketing strategythroughout the region.

This position reports tothe Field Marketing Manager.

The Responsibilities:

• Assist in buildingthe brand at the management unit level by driving positioning locally
• Create strong customer relationships withalliance partnersand providing thought leadership on industryandactivation
• Collaborate with strategy and planning teams toexecuteannual and3-yearmarketing plans
• Executeandactivatesupport plans against new brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunitiesalong with Field Marketing Manager
• Work in-market regularly to evaluatetheeffectiveness ofour plansand identifyopportunitiesthat make Molson Coors Beverage Company the first choice for our customers and consumers

TheOtherQualifications:

• You have a bachelors degree in sales or marketing or a related field OR at equivalent experience
• You have 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field: consumer product experience preferred
• You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
• Youbuild relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
• Youtake accountability forresults- acting withintegrityandhonoringcommitments
• You have a thirst for learning - you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
