Vice President of Marketing

Star Dental Partners is currently seeking a Head of Dental Practice Marketing to lead the marketing function across the organization. The Head of Dental Practice Marketing will focus on increasing patient attraction and retention, optimizing spend, and scaling the department as the organization grows. As a key member of the leadership team, the Head will collaborate with all support center departments and regularly interact with C-suite colleagues and private equity partners.

1. Develops and implements innovative branding initiatives for individual dental brands to deliver significant business impact.
2. Advocates for marketing investments that foster sustainable growth.
3. Uses data analytics to recommend strategies for KPI improvements.
4. Collaborates with cross-functional leaders, including partner dentists, operational teams, C-suite, and private equity partners.
5. Oversees all advertising and promotional activities.
6. Manages the departments operating budget and provides recommendations.
7. Analyzes market data to identify new opportunities and assess marketing effectiveness.
8. Stays informed of market trends, suggesting new products and services.
9. Develops and conducts training on marketing strategies and policies.
10. Negotiates contracts for marketing services.
11. Plans and executes web-based marketing campaigns.
12. Coordinates with web development and design teams to optimize online presence.
13. Expands the companys online visibility through social media, email, and web advertising.
14. Manages online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue.
15. Improves SEO results in collaboration with web teams.
16. Works with support teams to develop consistent branding messages.
17. Collects customer feedback for management review.
18. Tracks and analyzes sales and marketing performance metrics.
19. Prepares reports and makes strategic recommendations.
20. Creates marketing and sales materials.
21. Handles corporate communications across online and print platforms.
22. Maintains and improves the companys websites.
23. Identifies opportunities for organizational promotion and positive representation.
24. Leads and develops a team of marketing professionals.
25. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations preferred.
• Minimum eight (8) years of multi-site healthcare or retail marketing experience, preferably in dental.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be required.
• Candidates local to Plano, TX 75024 are preferred.
