Direct Mail Specialist

Two Barrels is looking for a Direct Mail Specialist to oversee our direct mail campaigns. If youve got a passion for sending creative, quirky mailers that make people think, “Wow, this is cool, neat, or whatever other expression you use when you come across something you really like,” we want you on our team! This is a full-time, remote gig where youll work 40 hours a week and, of course, enjoy some sweet company benefits.

As the marketing mastermind behind our direct mail campaigns, youll work alongside our dynamic sales and marketing teams to create messages that catch eyes, spark curiosity, and — most importantly — get results. Your goal? To get people to fall in love with our brand, generate leads, and fuel some serious growth. Youll take the reins on developing, launching, and fine-tuning campaigns that hit home with both current customers and potential ones. And lets be honest, who doesnt love the joy of receiving something exciting in the mail?

Full Time

Up to $80,000/year

• Youll oversee end-to-end campaign execution for our direct mail channel.
• Understand our client journey, and create plans around that.

• Youll collaborate with engineering and data teams to create audience files, refine targeting lists, and develop advanced models for audience selection, including trigger- based campaigns to drive response.
• Research industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies to keep campaigns fresh and aligned with market demands.

• 2+ years experience in marketing-centric positions.
• 1+ years experience with direct mail channel campaigns.
• Experience with marketing strategies and tactics in either B2B or B2C settings.
• Exposure to data analytic tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
• A genuine enthusiasm for channel marketing and direct mail.
