Job Summary Responsible for the effective management of Inside Sales Territory Managers. The Inside Sales Manager is accountable for establishing and monitoring aggressive goals to promote premium and volume growth. The Inside Sales Manager will ensure team members successfully prospect leads, appoint new agencies, and manage relationships to increase quote and app counts and cross-sell additional products. Job Responsibilities- Direct Inside Sales activities to include strategies, research, market analysis and planning.
- Oversee department and team member performance.
- Guide and manage Inside Sales team members inclusive of hiring, development, performance management and career path.
- Foster an environment where employees are empowered, and their ideas and skillsets are taken into consideration when making decisions
- Develop and leverage relationships with the other functional areas to support organization goals.
- Ensure Inside Sales Team provides competitive intelligence to Sales and Product Team.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of agency regulations including, but not limited to, licensing requirements, agency appointment, and termination and licensing processes.
- Ensure team provides regular and informed training to agents on updates, expansion of service, product line changes, etc.
- Lead initiatives to improve team performance and engagement.
