Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations.
  • Maintain accurate records by filing documents and updating guest information in the system.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, acting as a personal assistant to management when required.
  • Utilize Google Suite and other office software to manage schedules, communications, and reports.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software such as Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Attention to detail with strong data entry skills.
