HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

The enrollment services assistant will provide quality customer service to all Office of the Registrar clientele regarding policies and procedures via phone, electronic mail and facsimile. Process requests for transcripts and verifications requested by students and other outside agencies. Verify and update information within the National Student Clearinghouse database. Process SSN/Name Changes, Academic Renewals, CLEP Credit, Repeat to Replace and Course Descriptions. Perform various job duties as related to handling special projects such as banner testing, mass audits or batch transcript mailing. Audit and recreate large volumes of academic records for students requesting academic information. Additional duties as assigned.

The scope of responsibility will include these specific duties but is not limited to:

  • Provide quality customer service to all Office of the Registrar clientele regarding policies and procedures via phone, electronic mail and facsimile.

  • Audit and recreate a large volume of academic records for students requesting academic information.
  • Verify and update information within the National Student Clearinghouse database.
  • Process SSN/Name Changes, Academic Renewals, CLEP Credit and Course Descriptions.
  • Process Repeat to Replace Applications.
  • Perform various job duties as related to handling special projects such as banner testing, mass audits, or batch transcript mailing.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information and matters with discretion, tact and diplomacy and serve as a resource for the office, faculty, staff and students

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

Bachelors degree; or a combination of education and related experience.
