Director of Pricing Operations and Billing Intelligence

Job Description:Director of Pricing Operations & Business IntelligenceReporting to the USIS Finance BI and Pricing operations Leader, The Director of Pricing Operations & Business Intelligence is responsible for developing/maintaining/enhancing reporting and models as well as supporting Ad Hoc requests. This position will also be responsible supporting various Pricing Operations functions including assisting in execution of pricing programs, managing/publishing Pricing List rates, and other pricing support. This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data and interpret results. The role will be a hybrid workplace model offering the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our state-of-the-art office building in Atlanta, GA.What youll do:

• Work with Finance BI Leader to define and track the most impactful business metrics
• Work closely with Strategic Pricing to manage and execute on pricing programs including, Price Modification Letter execution, billing table management, and sales education
• Lead key efforts in terms of data interpretation and trending; advise of guidance/direction based on independent data analysis
• Work closely with Finance to ensure revenue reporting reflects pricing action
• Manage Pricing Operations function to support updating Pricing List Rates and Opportunity to build self service Pricing tools.

What experience you need:

• Bachelors degree required. Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics/Statistics preferred.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with business intelligence and analytics including extraction, modeling, presentation and visualization
• 3+ years of advanced experience in Excel and date manipulation
• 2+ years experience in Tableau dashboarding
• 2+ years experience with analyzing data and characterizing information; and synthesizing data
