Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supply Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client services and support, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for analyzing client requirements, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through various communication channels to understand their supply needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze client requests and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the office system.
  • Sort parts off and on line.
  • Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards while communicating with clients.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating supply orders as needed.
  • Support call center operations by responding to incoming calls professionally.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client services or customer support roles, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with office operations and supply chain processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
