YOU CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE:

• 2- or 3-Days (20 hours/30 hours of float availability): $17.00/hour

4 to 7 Days Availability Compensation Structure | Fluctuating Salary Tiers:
• 4 Days (40 hours of float availability): $700.00
• 5 Days (50 hours of float availability): $800.00
• 6 Days (60 hours of float availability): $900.00
• 7 Days (70 hours of float availability): $1,000.00

$39K – $54K annual Caregiver Salary- FLOAT position. **Call for Specifics**

Float Nurse Aides need to be skilled with experience using Hoyer Lift, Gait Belt, Slide Board, knowledgeable with Standby, Physical, Max and Total Assists. Should be highly experienced with providing bed baths, showers, brief changes and peri-care. Our Floats will deal with all types of clients. Familiarity with Combative/Aggressive, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Hospice and stroke care clients.
