As a Customer Service Associate you will work to consistently satisfy customer needs and coordinate customer service with the shipping and operations departments,develop a close working relationship with customers and all coordinating departments which include a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the sales-customer service team and Russ Davis Wholesales Mission.

Full Time Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00am to 4pm

with rotating Saturdays 7:00am - Noon

Wage: $18.00/hr

• Experience in sales, and/or customer service related position preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have good organizational, prioritization, problem solving, and follow through.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate customer records
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of category management practices helpful.
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screen (THC does not disqualify you).

• Input orders into computer system and update faxes, on-line order monitoring and COGs to meet customer needs.
• Maintain customer call lists, contact information and delivery windows for assigned accounts.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining necessary company and customer files.
• Responsible for managing daily out of stock report as it relates to customer needs, deliveries, and managing customer credits.
• Setting up and sending out weekly price guides, ads, pre-booking orders.
• Answer questions and provide high-quality service to existing and prospective customers.
• Provide customer-related insights and data to relevant teams and staff members.
• Participate in industry trade shows and events as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
