This position features a new rotational style four-day work week to fit every schedule and allow you to enjoy a healthier work life balance. Compensation Range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year. This role has a base salary of $40,000 and average first year total compensation, including incentives, of $60,000+. On Target Earnings in this role are $66,000 and within 12 months 60-70% of Automotive Sales Consultant exceed the OTE. How do our Automotive Sales Consultants Drive Impact? After successful completion of our Sales Training Program; our Automotive Sales Consultants will walk our customer through the entire vehicle buying process. Assist customer on buying desired vehicle. Educate customers on financial products and financing options. Able to maintain the unit average and the minimum performance that is required by the store. Were Looking For:
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
  • Proven experience working within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
  • This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, not required.
