Description

Our client is seeking a Director of Finance & Accounting to lead core accounting functions and drive process improvements that ensure financial integrity and support transformative work around the world.

What Youll Do:

·      Lead and mentor a small team overseeing accounts receivable and payable

·      Own day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and payroll entries

·      Optimize and manage key finance systems (NetSuite, Coupa, JournyX)

·      Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

·      Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial processes with operational goals

·      Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with actionable insights

·      Identify and implement workflow efficiencies and system enhancements

Requirements

·      Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

·      5+ years of corporate accounting experience

·      Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite required (Coupa a plus)

·      Nonprofit experience preferred
