• You administer and maintain partner loyalty partnership documentation, benefit matrices, and operational workflows.
• You coordinate with internal departments (e.g., IT, Marketing, Customer Service, Legal) to ensure SIXT benefits are implemented and communicated effectively in partner channels.

• You liase with Global B2P team on technical integration projects between SIXT and strategic partners, including timelines, testing, and go-live coordination to ensure smooth data and system flows

• You develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, partner performance, and operational efficiency.
• You support the Key Account Managers and leadership teams with data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and partner reviews.

• Experience You have 3+ years of experience in project management, partnerships, or loyalty program operations, preferably in the mobility, travel, or hospitality industry.

• Education You have a Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (PMP certification preferred) and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Technical Proficiency You are proficient with CRM systems, loyalty platforms, data integration processes, and tools such as Excel, Power BI, Confluence, and Jira.

• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, and can manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

• Commitment to Excellence You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of streamlining complex operational processes to drive results.

• Travel You are flexible and willing to travel within the designated territory when required.
