Job Description: Salesforce Business Analyst -SF-Business Analyst.Position: Salesforce Business AnalystLocation: USAEmployment Type: Full-time/ContractRole OverviewWe are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, translating them into user stories, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.Translate business needs into detailed user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.Work with Salesforce Architects and Developers to design scalable solutions.Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities.Facilitate workshops, training, and user adoption sessions.Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and business goals.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of Business Analyst experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce projects.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
