This role is perfect for experienced Mitsubishi laser operators who enjoy running multiple setups, inspecting parts, and training junior operators in a modern, climate-controlled shop. If you have strong setup skills and a keen eye for detail, this is a great opportunity to advance your career.
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Wage: $24 - $35/hr, depending on qualifications
Hours: 2nd shift 3 pm -1:30 am Monday - Thursday

Duties / requirements of the CNC laser operator / setup:
- Set up and operate Mitsubishi Auto Load Lasers
- 2+ years of laser operation experience
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Perform shop math for production tasks
- Inspect parts for quality
- Train junior laser operators on breaking/shaking out skeletons and deburring
- Upload programs and create new programs using nesting software (higher pay for advanced skills)
- Deburr parts during slower periods
- Perform multiple setups of lasers for short and medium run parts
