Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

The Marketing Associate supports the creative and marketing teams by producing visual content for digital and print platforms. This entry-level role focuses on executing design tasks such as social media graphics, flyers, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop graphics for social media, email campaigns, flyers, and internal communications.
• Assist in formatting and preparing visual assets for print and digital use.
• Work closely with senior designers and marketing leads to execute creative concepts.
• Respond to feedback and revise designs as needed.
• Help manage asset libraries and organize design files.
• Maintain brand standards across all materials.
• Rack project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with printing, publishing, and distribution logistics.
• Perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Associates degree (or equivalent); OR high school diploma (or equivalent) plus two years of experience in functional area.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with marketing functions.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Experience with social media platforms and basic design tools preferred.
• Willingness to pursue continuing education, certifications, etc. as applicable to advancing in the organization.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to speak confidently.
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities change daily, and where employees wear many hats.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to think "outside the box" and prioritize tasks and decisions in a timely manner.
• Self-directed, yet effective working as part of a collaborative team.
• Responsive and customer-focused with a demonstrated use of professional judgment.

Benefits

This roles annual base salary range is $45,000 - $52,000.
