Join a transformative infrastructure initiative with Kiewit as we build a multi-billion dollar hyperscale industrial project in Wisconsin. We hiring a Project Controls Manager to may support projects that range anywhere from $1M to $4Billion and in most cases, you are directly assigned to our largest ($200M+) and most important projects, serving as the CFO and trusted advisor to Operations Managers and Executive Management. In this role, your primary focus of this position includes:  managing and developing careers of business team members, establishing trust and credibility with upper level management, and providing meaningful insight and accurate financial and project analysis to those same managers for decision making purposes. We are looking for an astute financial controller, with strong leadership skills, deep construction cost expertise, a relentless ambition for continuous improvement, and polished technical and soft skills to build relationships across the many organizations involved in a large scale project. You will lead the cost planning, forecasting and financial controls across all phases of the construction lifecycle, collaborating with project executives, the client, and other external stakeholders to ensure financial transparency, risk mitigation and cost optimization.
