About the role

A seasonal hybrid position that is responsible for Server Assistant and Food Runner. This role provides impeccable service at all times to guests in the Bar & Restaurant. They support Servers, fellow Food Runners and leaders during times of service and may also be responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables. Candidates must have extensive Food & Beverage knowledge; wine and cocktail knowledge is preferred. Position requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs, must be able to have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task!

What you bring

• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position
• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems
• Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous work experience in a free-standing Restaurant/Bar strongly preferred

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
