We are seeking a results-driven Property Manager to oversee multiple small multifamily properties and single-family homes throughout the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, operations, and customer service. Key Responsibilities
Property Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple small multifamily properties and single-family homes in Atlanta.
Manage rent collection, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships.
Track budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations.
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise, mentor, and support on-site property management and maintenance staff.
Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, updates, and expectations.
Establish performance metrics, provide feedback, and lead performance reviews.
Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention strategies.
Resident Relations & Community Engagement
