Senior Construction Superintendent

Junior-level Superintendents are also encouraged to apply and grow with a company committed to mentorship and internal development. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Superintendent position include:

• 5+ years of experience overseeing construction projects, ideally within healthcare or multifamily sectors
• OSHA 30 certification required; CHC, ICRA, and other healthcare-specific certifications strongly preferred
• Experience managing subcontractors, carpenter foremen, and possibly junior superintendents
• Proficient in site coordination including scheduling, safety compliance, and inspections
• Ability to manage project cost, schedule, change orders, and field team performance
• Skilled in preparing and presenting lookahead schedules, and leading OAC and subcontractor meetings
• Strong digital literacy for managing field data and construction plans (e.g., Bluebeam)
• Must be comfortable starting early (on-site by 6:45 AM) and working locally within the Tampa Bay areaSalary: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
