Position OverviewWe are recruiting a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with proven expertise in designing and customizing large generator systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Tier 3 and Tier 4-compliant gensets, both indoor and outdoor enclosures, and be well-versed in applicable U.S. standards and industry best practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and customize electrical systems for medium-to-large generator sets and genset enclosures. Ensure full compliance with Tier 3 and Tier 4 emission standards (EPA).

Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings. Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated power solutions. Ensure all designs align with NEC, UL, and OSHA safety codes.

Provide ongoing technical input throughout the full project lifecycle—concept, design, production, and commissioning. RequirementsMinimum 5 years of relevant electrical design experience, preferably in generator/genset applications. Strong familiarity with Tier 3 and Tier 4 generator standards (EPA regulations).

Experience working with indoor and outdoor generator enclosures. Proficient in AutoCAD or similar electrical design software. Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required; PE license a plus.

Excellent communication and documentation skills
