What Youll Do

  • Build a Passive Pipeline: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, and personalized outreach to identify and engage top talent.

  • Manage High-Volume Searches: Own multiple requisitions end-to-end, delivering quality hires on tight timelines.

  • Act as a Consultant: Guide hiring managers and candidates through the process, ensuring clear communication and smooth negotiations.

  • Innovate Hiring Practices: Recommend and implement new sourcing tools and tactics to keep us ahead of the market.
