Our Global E-commerce Governance and Experience (GNE) team ensures that TikToks marketplace remains safe and trustworthy for users, sellers, and creators. As a Listing Governance Program Manager Graduate in the Listing Governance team, you will contribute to the creation and execution of policies and systems that safeguard the platforms quality and sustainability. Responsibilities - Assist with the governance of international e-commerce products, particularly focusing on identifying and addressing low-quality and subpar products on the platform. - Support the analysis of business data, performing attribution analysis to identify and respond to fluctuations in product listing performance or potential governance issues.

- Provide daily operational support by organizing and following up on project tasks, reviewing data, and assisting with special reports. - Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, algorithm, and risk control to enhance and upgrade the platforms risk control capabilities and ensure the quality of the user experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
• Proficiency in office software and analytical tools
• Strong research, investigation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Motivated self-starter who works well under pressure and has a growth mindset.

• Strong data analysis skills
• Previous experience with e-commerce platforms or relevant internships
