Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a Business Systems Analyst will include:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Systems Analyst to join our team.
• This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support multiple programs.
• You will play a key role in analyzing business functions and supporting financial and operational processes to ensure optimal performance
• Analyze company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications.
• Support invoice validation and reconciliation processes across multiple programs.
• Review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, and procedures to recommend business solutions.
• Collaborate with senior managers to identify and solve business system problems.
• Write business requirements and functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance workflow and productivity.
• Support back-office processes and ensure timely reconciliation of programs (daily, weekly, monthly, or as needed).
• Listen to customer call recordings to ensure compliance and support issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to program performance.

  Job Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
