Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Communication & Documentation•    Develop clear, concise, and polished executive-level materials including program updates, strategic briefs, review content, and board-ready documents.•    Distill complex initiatives into compelling narratives that drive decision-making and executive engagement.Operational Excellence & Rhythm of the Business•    Manage key business rhythms such as quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, and cross-functional checkpoints.•    Support business operations through effective tracking, reporting, and continuous refinement of workflows.Cross-Functional Collaboration•    Build and maintain strong relationships across teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and timely delivery.•    Facilitate communication, remove blockers, and serve as a bridge between senior leadership and functional leads.Special Projects & Change Management•    Support executive-driven projects that span teams or impact organization-wide priorities.•    Support organizational change efforts by introducing structure, guiding adoption, and tracking outcomes.

Qualifications•    Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field.•    3-5 years of experience in program or business operations management, preferably in dynamic or matrixed organizations.•    Proven track record of delivering cross-functional programs and influencing without authority.•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft and present executive-level documentation.•    Adept at managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity, and driving outcomes with clarity.•    Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and an ability to bring structure to unstructured challenges.

Preferred Qualifications•    Experience supporting strategic planning, business operations, or corporate initiatives.•    Familiarity with planning and project tools (e.g., Confluence, Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana).•    PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
