About the role The Financial Services Rep II is responsible for the effective resolution of client AR within an assigned portfolio of accounts.  Incumbents will serve as the primary point of contact between client and Insight finance department. This position will report to the Mgr Financial Services.

As a Financial Services Rep II you will:

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client AR.
• Mail/fax system generated form letters to clients to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Provide special billing for larger Enterprise clients.
• Contact delinquent accounts by phone, fax or email.
• Confer with clients by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service or credit contract.
• Keep detailed record/status of their ongoing collection efforts.
• Receive payment information from clients and record amounts promised to be paid into clients account.
• Notify Sales Rep if they experience any difficulties in contacting the client or securing payment on the past due amounts.

What were looking for

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), college degree preferred. 
• Two years previous collections experience required and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/ professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
• Ability to write basic reports and business correspondence.
