Insurance Associate - Independent, Growing Agency | Leads Provided | No Cold Calling ? On-site | Memphis, TN ? Full-Time | $45K-$65K Base Commission Quarterly Bonuses

What Youll Do:

• Build strong relationships with clients and represent the agency with professionalism and care

• Manage and rewrite policies across 15-20 different carriers

• Follow up on provided leads (no cold calling!)

• Maintain detailed documentation to meet E&O standards

• Confidently juggle multiple systems and tabs (20 open at times!)

• Contribute to a fun, fast-paced office culture where everyone has each others back

What You Bring:

• Insurance license (preferred, but not required - well help with licensing if needed)

• Sales-focused mindset and sharp attention to detail

• Comfortable with technology, digital platforms, and multitasking

• A self-starter mentality and positive attitude - drama-free zone!

• Competitive base salary ($45,000-$65,000 based on experience)
