ResponsibilitiesPOSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior IT Contract Negotiations Manager is a leader in all aspects of the IT Sourcing process, including selecting suppliers, negotiating both pricing and legal agreements, and assisting with M&A transactions. This position reports to the IT Director of IT Sourcing and Vendor Management, who reports to the Post Holdings Chief Information Officer. This role will support information technology teams across Post Holdings, collaborate with other procurement departments, legal, internal audit, and others.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assert a leading role in supplier negotiation sessions as a contract management/supplier management team lead
- Conduct contract reviews for holding and operating company IT contracts, including non-disclosure agreements and master agreements, as well as contracts for software, hardware, SaaS, network, data center hosting services, consulting services and outsourcing
- Deliver business team requests for supplier contracts and technology purchases in accordance with timeframes and priorities mandated by the needs of the business
- Maintain supplier relationships
- Scan across all Post Holdings Operating Companies to identify opportunities for sourcing coordination and consolidation of specific suppliers and products.
- Track activity status reports for on-going initiatives and future renewals and archive executed documents
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations about Post supplier data analytic measures for the Chief Information Officer.
- Coordinate negotiation outcomes in line with budgetary forecasts
- Managing tools: Microsoft Suite, Tableau, Zycus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Masters degree in Business with additional degrees in either Finance or Accounting preferred
- A minimum 7-8 years of experience executing and/or managing IT procurements, including at least six years experience as a Lead IT Contract Negotiator for the enterprise
- Five to seven years experience in reviewing, editing and drafting contractual terms and condition
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and with a broad base of stakeholders]
- Excellent writing and oral presentation skills
- Comfortable with conflict and adept at problem resolution
- Proven, successful experience communicating and collaborating effectively across multiple corporate entities, both in the U.S and Internationally in support of overall corporate goals
- High intelligence (creative)
- Ability to accommodate limited domestic and international travel
