THE ROLE

Were looking for a Communications Marketing Coordinator to support our North America comms team. Youll help shape the agencys public image and internal story-coordinating PR efforts, managing award submissions, drafting press materials, and spotting media and thought leadership opportunities. This role blends organization and creativity, ideal for someone whos part project manager, part culture junkie, and fully obsessed with what makes standout social content.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and project flow for award submissions
  • Surface and curate great work for our agency social channels & internal newsletters
  • Draft press releases, pitch emails, and media talking points
  • Help shape and implement our annual comms strategy
  • Identify PR, speaking, and thought leadership opportunities for execs and the agency
  • Track cultural moments and industry trends to keep our comms relevant
  • Support other internal and external initiatives as needed

Salary Range:

$70,000-150,000 USD

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

  • 1+ years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing
  • Strong writer and communicator with an eye for detail
  • Super organized, proactive, and dependable
  • Familiarity with PR copywriting and content creation
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple projects
  • Canva or basic design experience a plus
  • Deep love for culture, creativity, and social media
