Job SummaryThe Shipping and Receiving Manager role will report directly to the Plant Manager. The position is responsible for hands-on oversight and management of incoming and outgoing material. Primary responsibilities are to ensure there are resources available to accurately load and unload trucks in a high-volume environment while following inventory management systems, policy, process, and best practices.Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• Meet tkMNA Employee Attributes and supports company values. Must ensure that we act in a Self-Controlled manner and always treat others with the verbal and emotional respect.
• Provide solid leadership, which includes identifying performance, inventory process/procedure weaknesses; developing solution options using continual improvement methods; documenting Processes, Work Instructions and forms required for all operations related to logistics.
• Support, educate and promote the decisions of tkMNA, and the overall leadership team.
• Promote consolidation and storage density initiatives
• Heavy solution-oriented thinker and troubleshooting with analysis skill set.
• Ability to train and coach others for the same analytical thinking skill set.
• Oversee completion of vital documents such include but are not limited to grief log, receiving schedule, late order tracker.
• Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/competencies.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in business, supply chain or equivalent skill/experience
• General computer skills (MS Word/Outlook)
• 7 years warehouse experience.
• SAP knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside of the company.

Job Compensation

Salary Range - $92,010.32 - $138,015.48/yearly
