The NIQ Global Marketing Effectiveness team is passionate about solving complex client challenges and providing data-driven, actionable, timely, and innovative solutions. This Product Development Intern position was created to support our critical initiatives.  

This position requires someone who is passionate about learning, multi sourced data, data quality, statistical measurement, automation, and efficiency.                                                              

• Assist and work together with associates on creating new solutions, product development lifecycle adoption frameworks, new use cases, proof of concept, and prototypes by exploring diverse data sets and organizational needs.   

• Support to automate and develop solutions for existing processes, propose new operational standardizations and program monetization opportunities.   

• Maintain positive working relationships and open communication across relevant teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction.      

• Provide explanations to teams in a format that meets their level of understanding.  

Qualifications

• Current Undergraduate Junior pursuing a bachelors degree in Mathematics, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics 

• Background in Business.   

• Curiosity to learn and continually upgrade skills.  

• Disposition to understand processes and methodologies.  

• Quantitative aptitude.  

• Problem solving skills.   

• Strong verbal, presentation, and written skills.  

• Good command of written and spoken English.  

• Good collaborative and interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels.  

• Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).  

• Strong planning and organizational skills.  

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 

This role pays $20 per hour.
