Job Description

***This position is providing support in multiple locations in the Northern Virginia area***

This position is responsible for managing small and/or less complex maintenance projects or managing multiple site managers overseeing multiple small and/or less complex sites/projects within the Operations & Maintenance function. Responsibilities may include; mobilization, operational sales, and marketing targets.

• Responsible for leading 24/7 facility operations teams in the operations and monitoring of facility equipment that supports a critical customer mission. • Coordinating work on site that may impact infrastructure, supporting the performance of maintenance.• Operations manager will lead the development, update, review and approval of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Emergency Response Procedures (ERP) and Methods of Procedure (MOP) and shepherding these items through the Change Management Board.• Lead the development and implementation of a training and certification program for all operators.• Manage shift schedules, staffing and compliance activities.• Responsible for meeting or exceeding metrics provided by the customer. • Complete and deliver incident reports within 24 hours.• Lead the development of after action root cause analysis, track and implement resulting action plans.• Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and six (6) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to ten (10) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Other Job Requirements

• Must possess a clearance at the TS/SCI access level, and have favorably completed a government issued polygraph • Minimum of 7 years of facility, power plant or critical infrastructure operations experience• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a related field• Demonstrated experience prioritizing daily/weekly/ monthly tasks• Demonstrated experience incorporating applicable ESH practices across responsible work areas• Familiar with Archibus or similar CMMS for identifying maintenance worthy items, scheduling maintenance and trend analysis• Understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance principle

• Typically degreed, preferably in engineering or business field of study with minimum six (6) years of O&M office or site experience and minimum one (1) year experience managing small to medium somewhat complex O&M sites or projects• Typically has minimum six (6) years of progressive construction and technical experience• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Previous project management experience • Ability to delegate

Salary Range

92,500 to 162,500

Market Rate

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidates qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
