• Provide outstanding billing support to partners, students, and internal teams
• Ensure flawless resolution of billing inquiries, disputes, and issues
• Collaborate closely with the accounting, finance, revenue recognition, and ERP technology teams to determine and implement billing improvements
• Adhere to billing protocols, procedures, and timelines
• Maintain customer satisfaction through efficient service

Specific responsibilities include:

• Business partner and billing contact setup and maintenance
• Processing billing adjustments
• Handling invoice and billing statement requests
• Supporting monthly invoicing run activities

Skills you will need here:

• Proven experience in a billing or accounting role
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. $20.00 - $23.00 USD
