Were searching for a U.S.-based Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience team, so that we can empower clients to maximize the impact of their RLDatix solutions. The Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, supporting customers post-implementation to ensure adoption, drive value, and maintain strong, lasting relationships.

How Youll Spend Your Time

  • Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to ensure continued adoption, satisfaction, and retention
  • Monitor product usage and performance in order to identify areas for increased value and optimization
  • Coach clients on best practices and processes to strengthen engagement and long-term success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and deliver consistent customer outcomes
  • Lead customer initiatives, webinars, and virtual sessions to support education and solution expansion

  • Experience working with U.S. healthcare systems or familiarity with healthcare terminology
  • Proven success in relationship management, client retention, or customer success roles
