Responsible for designing and implementing all marketing-related activities in order to enhance the Companys brand and sales results.

• Report to executives on the status and progress of marketing activities using key performance metrics
• Collaborate and support business development staff to amplify sales efforts
• Develop and execute the Companys Marketing Plan - Goals, Objectives, and Strategies
• Create all marketing content and products to align with the business vision and targets
• Identify and reach the correct target audiences through effective media and advertising channels
• Engage with business partners to amplify marketing initiatives
• Lead internal meetings between Teams- Leadership, Marketing, and Business Development
• Create compelling project success stories, flyers, long-form content, and promotional materials using input from technical staff
• Establish repeatable marketing program activities/interactions based on the annual marketing calendar.
• Develop internal processes by using tools for creating, managing, and tracking marketing and business development efforts
• Plan and organize events for industry conferences, regional events, and employee meetings
• Build effective marketing and promotional channels to relay product and service messages to existing and potential customers
• Oversee and maintain the Companys social media, website, and other communication channels
• Establish and enforce branding standards, awareness, and consistency

• Must work independently and have excellent technical writing and communication skills (seriously!)
• Must be technically adept and able to work independently using standard business and marketing software and media, such as Microsoft, Adobe, Canva, WordPress, and Salesforce.
• Must have knowledge and interest in the Geographic Information System (GIS) Industry and Technology
• Must be adept at networking with people and building rapport in person, via video, and/or by phone.

Work is primarily remote at this time. Approximate monthly regional travel may be required to attend conferences, company meetings, client meetings, demonstrations, and/or trade shows.

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, Information Technology or related field
• 5 years of experience in marketing and business development for a technology-based business
