Hours 1pm-6pm

Green Tree Tennis club is looking for part-time (20-25 hours per week in the afternoon) Office Assistant to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties will involve greeting members and visitors; answering phone calls; light bookkeeping creating invoices and taking camp registrations; managing inventory and purchasing office supplies; and other tasks as needed to ensure the successful functioning of the office.

Must have previous office admin experience. Must be self-motivated and have the discipline to work independently. Basic understanding of QuickBooks and Excel preferred. Quick learner, resourceful and on-time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

  • San Antonio, TX 78228 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • San Antonio, TX 78228: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
